BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ORGANISATION
Our lnstitute is a welcoming school, where the development of the highest technical and scientific skills passes through an educational process aimed at the growth of the human values and talents of our students.
The shared objective is therefore linked to a modem and efficient didactic/educational model, configured within a polytechnic school with the value al an educational center, serving the territory and the vast area of relevance.
The polytechnic school guarantees adequate synergies, on one hand to eliminate the phenomenon of early school leaving, facilitating the transition between the various study courses, and on the other hand to cultivate
excellence or in any case facilitate the continuation of the training process, through Higher Technical Education,
of which ISIS Ponti is the reference school and Higher Technical Education and Training, for the training of specific professional figures, or in connection with similar university courses.
In fact, specific agreements ensure management and coordination methods with other training agencies, universities, organizations, associations and companies, in order to constitute the fulcrum of an education/technical training system to refer to,
both in the choice of the school path at a higher level, and in the subsequent phases of individuai training.
The lnstitute also organized itself as a real brokerage agency, both in collaboration with Confcommercio, thanks
to which a Placement Office was set up for the management of job offers and the reporting of graduates.
In the evening educational activities dedicated to continuing and adult training are offered, interested in the acquisition of skills made necessary by the continuous development of technologies or industriai conversion processes that require adequate training.
HOW THE ORGANISATION WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE DISSEMINATION AND EXPLOITATION OF THE PROJECT RESULTS
The project will be disseminateci through the school's website, sociaI networks and through posters in the school itself. There will be some teachers involved, that are going to answer the questionnaires, participate in the interviews and will support in the evaluation al the MOOC's and testing ol the case scenarios.
